Pioneering pizza oven brand Gozney and Canadian chef, restaurateur and TV personality Matty Matheson have unveiled a bold new collaboration—the Matty Matheson Signature Tread—designed to bring high-temperature cooking to unexpected places, with the focus on fun!

Recently launched, the limited-edition oven celebrates a decade-long friendship between Matty and Gozney founder, Tom Gozney. The pair’s shared passion for outdoor cooking and gear comes to life in the vibrant new edition, featuring a distinctive Matty-orange finish and an illustrated stainless-steel shell etched with artwork by Matty’s longtime collaborator, Christopher Wilson.

Reaching temperatures of 500°C in just 15 minutes via Gozney’s revolutionary lateral gas burner, the Signature Tread unlocks restaurant-quality pizza and more. Designed with portability in mind, the rugged oven pairs with accessories like the Venture Stand and Roof Rack, making it easy to cook in even the most unexpected settings.
